MD HANDGUN QUALIFICATION LICENSE
A must have course to purchase a firearm in Maryland. Firearms, range fees and ammo 50rds are included in the price. 4hrs. Price: $275
MD CONCEALED CARRY PERMIT
A must take course prior to obtaining a permit to carry a firearm legally in Maryland. this course uses the Smokeless Range and live Range. Firearms, range fees and ammo 50rds are included in the price. 16 hrs. Price: $425

Meet YOUR iNSTRUCTOR
TERRY D. WEATHERS
Terry Weathers is a retired veteran with 22 years of service in the United States Navy. He is a certified Firearms Instructor through the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, as well as an NRA Pistol and Range Safety Officer, and a Maryland State Handgun Wear and Carry Instructor. Additionally, he is credentialed as a Nonlethal Weapons Instructor from the Center for Security Forces. Terry founded Agency Small Arms Instruction LLC to share his extensive knowledge with both new and experienced firearms owners, focusing particularly on empowering families, especially single mothers, in his community to enhance their self-defense skills. As a disabled veteran, he is also passionate about supporting mental health initiatives, advocating for those who struggle to receive the help they need.
