TERRY D. WEATHERS
Terry Weathers is a seasoned veteran with over 22 years of distinguished service in the United States Navy and more than 19 years of experience as a firearms instructor.
He is a certified Firearms Instructor through the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and holds credentials as an NRA Pistol Instructor, Range Safety Officer, and Maryland State Handgun Firearms Instructor. In addition to his extensive expertise, Terry is a credentialed Nonlethal Weapons Instructor from the Center for Security Forces. He founded Agency Small Arms Instruction LLC to share his profound knowledge with a diverse audience, focusing on empowering individuals, particularly single mothers, within his community to enhance their self-defense skills.
As a dedicated advocate for mental health initiatives, Terry is passionate about supporting those in need, ensuring they receive the assistance necessary for their well-being.
